How do
you order from Santa Post?
Ordering with us is easy, just click the, 'Order Letter'
button on the left of the page. This will take you to
the order form, which will allow you to enter the details
of the child.
You will also have the option to select your choice
of Santa Letter from our range as well as personalise
the letter further with details like, 'most wanted present'
and 'best friend's name'.
On completion, you will be taken to your order summary
page, which allows you to preview your letter and edit
it should you need to.
If you wish to order more than one letter, you can do
this from your order summary page. Simply click the
'Add Another Letter' button to do so.
What does the letter include?
Each letter from Santa is personalised for the recipient
and printed on high quality paper featuring our exclusive
Christmas designs.
Each letter also comes with a Santa door hanger for
your child to hang on their door on Christmas Eve. Printed
on both sides one side asks Santa to 'Stop Here' and
the other side lets them know that 'Santa has visited'.
As always, each letter contains a pinch of magic 'wishing
dust' and is sent directly to the child in our brightly
coloured envelopes.
Do you deliver outside of the
UK?
Yes. We provide worldwide delivery at no extra cost.
We do however advise that you take a look at our Worldwide
Delivery page to check on our last posting dates
for your country.
How much do the Santa Letters cost?
Our letters cost just £3.99, with free
delivery to any address. A great price considering the
quality of our letters.
What payment types do you
accept?
Thanks to our payment processing system provided by
Worldpay, we can accept Visa Debit/Credit, American
Express, JCB, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo as
well as PayPal payments.
Payments are very secure too, so much so we don't even
see them!
When do you send out the Santa Letters?
Letters ordered before December will be mailed out on
1st December 2011 via first class post,
(air mail for non UK addresses).
Any orders made during December will be posted within
2 days of ordering.
