Ordering a letter from
Santa Post is easy. To begin, click on the Order
letter button along the navigation bar near the
top of the page.
You will be taken to our order form, which allows
you to input the details of the child you wish to
purchase the letter for. To add to the personalisation
of the letter you will be able to add a few extras
such as 'achievements for 2009' or 'best friends
name'.
If you haven't done so already, the orders page
will give you another opportunity to view our letter
templates so that you can choose the best one
for your child or loved one.
Once the first letter is complete, press the 'Continue'
button and you will be greeted with your order summary
page. |

Your order summary page shows details of the letters
you currently have in your basket, it will also
let you preview a letter (to double check you are
happy with it) as well as edit or delete any letters
in your order.
Should you wish to buy more than one letter, you
can do this from the order summary page, simply
click the 'Add Another Letter' button to do so.
On completing and checking your order, press the
'Continue to Payment' button. After confirming your
name and billing address you will be transferred
to our secure payment processing system.
Our payment system is powered by RBS Worldpay and
accepts the following forms of payment Visa Debit/Credit,
American Express, JCB, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard
and Solo.
We are now pleased to be accepting PayPal
in 2009 also processed through the WorldPay system.

don't see your credit card details! |
On completion of payment, your order will be logged
ready for processing nearer to Christmas, you should
receive an email from us with your unique order
number as proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Letters purchased before December will be mailed
out on Tuesday 1st December 2009, any orders made
during December will be mailed out within 2 days
of ordering.
Payment for Santa letters will likely appear on
your statement as BLUZU.
